You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use idn789. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawal access is granted. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
idn789 accepts IDR via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Withdrawals are processed subject to verification and wagering compliance.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to minimum wagering requirements specified per promotion. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Abuse of promotions will result in forfeiture and account review.
Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. idn789 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to secure their login details.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), multi-accounting, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. idn789 reserves the right to void bets and permanently suspend accounts where these activities are detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which idn789 is incorporated and licensed internationally. Disputes shall be resolved first through idn789's internal complaints procedure, then by binding arbitration if unresolved.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to idn789 that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. idn789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to restrict or terminate access pending such verification.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the idn789 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 7. All accounts identified as belonging to the same individual will be merged or terminated, and associated funds may be forfeited.

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. idn789 is not liable for service disruptions or payment failures caused by outdated Account information provided by the Player.
idn789 operates a mandatory KYC program. Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of identity verification, which may include submission of:
idn789 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify idn789 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. idn789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
idn789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, subject to availability in your location and any applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits:
idn789 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any payment method belonging to a third party. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your idn789 Wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network. idn789 is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times, e-wallet system maintenance, or blockchain network congestion.
Withdrawal requests are processed during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week). The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
The Platform's primary operating currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to IDR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. idn789 does not guarantee a fixed conversion rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit and withdrawal.
idn789 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and the Ramadhan period). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the individual promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets must be placed. Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages per game category are set out in the individual promotion terms.
idn789 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine betting risk, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided and may be subject to Account suspension.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the idn789 Platform. Specific rules for individual markets and game formats are available on the relevant product pages.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idn789 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances at idn789's discretion, and potential legal action where applicable:

All content on the idn789 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of idn789 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of idn789. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idn789 excludes all liability for:
idn789's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim, regardless of the form of the action (contract, tort, or otherwise).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits idn789's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by idn789's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
idn789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach of these Terms), idn789 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account. Where an Account is terminated without cause (e.g., idn789 withdrawing from a particular market), any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure does not constitute self-exclusion unless explicitly requested as such.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn789 is incorporated and holds its international operating license. idn789 holds an internationally issued gaming license and operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or discrepancy, the Player should first contact idn789's support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. idn789 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (WIB) and will provide a substantive response within 7 business days. idn789 aims to resolve all disputes at this stage without escalation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through idn789's internal complaints procedure within 30 days of the complaint being submitted, either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the procedural language shall be determined by the applicable rules of the selected arbitration institution. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought by the Player individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
idn789 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, idn789 will provide notice via a prominent Platform announcement and, where an email address is on file, by email notification to the registered address. Amendments take effect 14 days after the date of notification, unless the change is required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case it takes effect upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
